Contract for Web Shop Orders
A contract between Urban Prints and you will exist only when an order has been placed and accepted. Goods are bespoke and as such a contract will exist when manufacture, personalisation or alteration of the item or items has commenced.
An order will be accepted by us via an email sent to you. The confirmation will confirm the details of your order and when we aim to despatch it. We reserve the right to cancel any order or to adjust the price if it has been incorrectly listed. This includes, but is not limited to errors caused by software or Website malfunction.
When you place your order, payment will be taken as per the method offered and chosen.
Pricing and Availability
Although every effort is made to ensure that Prices on our Website are correct and that stock levels are accurate, Prices and Availability are subject to change without notice. If an item cannot be produced and supplied we will try to inform you of this at the earliest possible point. We reserve the right to use a different garment for print if availability dictates so. Material content (e.g. cotton) percentage may vary.
Delivery
If an item component (Garment / Blank) is out of stock and there is likely to be any extended delivery time we will advise at the earliest opportunity that this is the case. We may be able to offer an alternative.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
Every product bought through this site is custom made to order. For this reason, we regret that we are unable to accept returns. Please check that the SIZE and COLOUR of the garments that you are ordering are correct.
A Cooling off period does not apply as the products offered by Urban Prints are produced to order. This is in-line with English law and distance selling regulations.
Goods are manufactured for a bespoke purpose. In ordering a personalised or bespoke item you agree that the order cannot be cancelled. If the item is unsuitable for any reason, we will make every effort to rectify the situation. Further alterations may incur a cost billable to you.
If there is a problem with an item me will replace it where necessary. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning items to us.
Website Usage
The terms and conditions that apply to our Website also apply to our company Social media pages and accounts. Terms and conditions of use exist for external Websites and services linked to from Urban Prints and should be viewed and accepted before use.
There are various links in and out of our Website. We take no responsibility for the content of external Websites or on-line services including their function and operability. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement or recommendation of a third party Website, offer or service.
By using this Website, or on-line service provided by Urban Prints, you indemnify Urban Prints, it’s employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by this service. Urban Prints reserve the right to amend the rules of any competition run through our Website or offline at any time. We reserve the right to cancel or remove any contest or competition at any time without notice. Individual competition will have rules and conditions of their own.
Coupon Use
Urban Prints reserve the right to amend or remove any coupons issues through our Website or offline at any time. The exception would apply to coupons that have been purchased as a voucher. There may be a time limitation on the usage of such coupons or vouchers.
Disclaimer
Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the laws applicable to this agreement are the laws of England and Wales. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, excluding these terms, the remainder of terms and conditions shall
continue to apply.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ‘Urban Prints’ or any associated company, agent or affiliate, director or staff member shall be liable by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in the case of negligence for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage. this includes, but is not limited to loss of profit, loss of saving, loss caused by a virus, loss of data, loss of use costs and expenses incurred.
Urban Prints reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. Your continuing use of this Website or our online service signifies your acceptance of these updated terms and conditions.
